This is a perfect GF holiday bread mix All the spices in this mix will fill your kitchen with the aroma of holiday baking. From your pantry and kitchen you will need 1 C pure pumpkin puree, 2 large eggs, 1/3 C vegetable oil and 3/4 C milk/water. Optional: 1/2 C Craisins, Raisins, Chopped Nuts or Chocolate Chips. Delicious topped with a cream cheese frosting.
